Desilusão?

Quando será, meu Deus, minha libertação
No dia inevitável não! Será muito tarde.
E as amarras da minha alma me sufocam me deprimem
Um entardecer unicamente lindo
E novas pessoas pra conhecer
Um vento de horizonte reluzente à frente
e paisagens verdejantes lá em baixo
Quero ser livre para pensar e caminhar até onde puder

Mas estou cansado
A vida está me tirando as forças e a rotina me desanima
Vejo olhos puros na janela
Sonhando com a liberdade
Mas tenho pena do nosso futuro
Incerto decerto e obscuro
Dominações espalharam-se como a neblina
Sorrateiramente nos anestesiaram
Como um “bom-dia” sem graça e um “até amanhã” sem esperança
E a felicidade, quanta saudade!
O que eu faria para fugir de vez!
Vez que, para mim, jamais chegará!

Work and Industry in the future

First of all we'll look at the human behavior today! What's our main point when we think about society organization? What are the main values we see into our way of life?

Well, you don’t need to think too much! Just look at our world! It’s true we have technology, but can we say that technology brought benefits for all? While the rich countries show high tech in healthy, motors, houses and public spaces, the poorest show the contrary, diseases, no industries, ignorance, dirty cities. By the other hand, we can’t deny that technology uses to bring goodness to everybody, with less costs and scale economy.

Then I’ll move on to my predictions! Let’s think about one hundred years ahead. How our great grandsons will be living in terms of work and industry? Well, my predictions are:

• People won’t be working 40 hours a week because technology will be doing the heavy work! Besides, humanity will have decided about richness distribution. I Wonder if we still will see two monstrous worlds, one very rich and another very poor.
• People will be working at home instead of at offices because the work will be done in computers, and, just like we can se today, we can have communications with audio and video at the same time. So, to take charge of a process, we will need just data and systems on internet.
• The unemployment will rise to the roof but it won’t be a problem. Actually leisure will be new pattern of living. Maybe depression will be the huge pandemic.

At least, I need to confess you that one hundred years is too less to bring us so many benefits. You know, we thought we will have flyers cars after 2000, and so, what can we see today? I suppose there isn’t so many incredible changes to consider!
